Our customer contacted us with 2 vehicles from their fleet, both with the Ad-blue issues.
The vehicles were both in “countdown mode” meaning when it counts down from 700 miles to 0 the vehicle will no longer start until the fault is fixed.
Renault have a 6 months backorder for the parts needed then there’s the cost….£1000 plus VAT for each van!!!
Suffice to say both vehicles are now back on the road running perfectly with another very happy owner…🚗💨💨💨
